Alumnus Anuraag Singh SDM ’18 is the lead author on a paper in Research Policy that offers a new way to assess the performance of future technological improvements. Singh and his co-authors use the U.S. patents system as a database and break them into discrete technology domains, which can then be quantitatively assessed for their potential improvement in the future.
