Recruiting at SDM

The System Design & Management (SDM) program facilitates the recruiting process for companies seeking to hire current self-funded SDM students for both full-time and internship opportunities. The traditional method of giving an on-campus presentation and conducting interviews is often the most effective path to recruitment, but it is not the only one. SDM will work with your company to customize a recruitment strategy that fits your time frame and needs.

If you would like to give an on-campus presentation, please note that these presentations start as early as September and continue throughout the academic year.

The SDM alumni network is also a rich resource for finding talented, seasoned professionals. Through an exclusive posting system, we can help you advertise your direct-hire positions to our network of more than 1,000 alumni.
