Hotel fees are not included.
Cancellations received in writing via email to sdm08conference@mit.edu on or before October 1, 2008 are entitled to a full refund less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be made after October 1, 2008.
Substitutions may be made in writing to sdm08conference@mit.edu by October 1, 2008. Any substitutions requested after that date must be made in person at the Conference's On-Site Registration Desk.
