MIT Graduate Certificate in Systems and Product Development

MIT’s Graduate Certificate in Systems and Product Development is a career-compatible one-year program focused on utilizing core systems engineering theory and practice. The program complements the MIT System Design and Management Program (SDM) master’s degree in engineering and management, and many students who compete the certificate program go on to earn their master’s. Created to move corporations toward a shared definition of systems engineering and core capabilities, the graduate certificate program is offered to employees of SDM partner companies.
