Recruiting

Although many companies sponsor their employees in MIT's System Design and Management program, SDM fellow who are self-funded find they do very well in terms of career recruitment.

In 2008, 100 percent of the SDM fellows who responded to our survey were employed. 96 percent had jobs lined up before graduation and four percent within one month of graduation. For further details, consult the 2010-2011 SDM Employment Report.

Various campus events are available to assist the job seeker. The MIT Global Education and Career Development Center provides information about on-campus recruitment events and career fairs as well as career development workshops.

SDM recruitment activities are continuous occurring year-round at MIT, including a weeklong recruitment event each fall. This event is designed specifically for self-funded SDM fellows.
