graduate certificate in systems engineering

The Graduate Certificate Program is a career compatible one-year program utilizing core Systems Engineering theory and practice which complements the SDM degree program. Created in partnership with the United Technologies Corporation, this program is designed to move corporations toward a shared definition of systems engineering and core capabilities. The program is selectively offered to other SDM partner companies.

Program requirements include:

• three graduate courses – Systems Architecture, Product Design and Development, and System Engineering - all taken via distance
• ten professional days on campus
• a year-long capstone project.
